Phase 0 Execution Proposal

Miranima World.
Turning strategy into a Telegram-native anime hub.

Phase 0 establishes Miranima World with original characters, collectible identity, a lightweight game loop, and Telegram-native community mechanics — creating the audience and behavior layer that future licensed IP seasons can inherit.

Miranima owns the world. PLAY powers the infrastructure.

Miranima World — anime city world reference
01 — Executive objective

Launch the world before the first licensed season.

Phase 0 turns Miranima World from strategic direction into a functioning consumer experience: a Telegram mini-app where users collect, identify, compete, and organize around Miranima Originals before Grandizer enters as Phase 1.

Consumer brand

Miranima World

The visible destination for MENA anime and gaming fans.

Infrastructure

PLAY

The wallet, collectibles, mini-app, access, bot, Telegram/TON, and game-loop layer underneath.

Phase 1 runway

Grandizer

The first licensed season to plug into an existing audience, interface, and habit loop.

The execution question: what ships in Phase 0, what waits, and how do we make the first release strong enough for Grandizer to inherit?
02 — Why now

The timing is unusually favorable.

Telegram, TON, MENA audience behavior, and IP-side readiness are moving in the same direction. Phase 0 should be designed to ride that momentum without overcommitting to unstable implementation details.

01

Telegram / TON substrate

Lower fees, faster finality, Cocoon AI, Guest Bots, sticker search, bot-to-bot flows, and country-limited polls make Telegram a credible consumer-app surface.

02

MENA distribution fit

KSA and wider MENA users already live in Telegram groups, channels, stickers, bots, and private communities. The product meets the audience where they already are.

03

IP expansion path

Grandizer gives the first licensed season a clear anchor, while Miranima’s own Phase 0 universe creates proof before future IP holders are asked to plug in.

03 — Operating model

Phases are IP cohorts. Steps are product depth.

This keeps the program legible: each new IP is a phase; each product layer deepens the same reusable Miranima World framework.

Step 1

Collectibles

Stickers, collectible gifts, vault, rarity, ownership, primary drops, native sharing.

Step 2

Mini-app Shell

Profile-as-collectible, Miranima Card, faction identity, badges, gated access.

Step 3

Game Hub & Loyalty

Arcade loops, leaderboards, friend matches, faction tournaments, reward-only collectibles.

Phase 0 · Now

Miranima Originals

Original universe, first audience, first collectible system, first game loop.

Phase 1

Grandizer

First licensed season inside the established framework.

Phase 2+

Multi-IP pipeline

Additional IPs slot in without rebuilding the consumer layer each time.

04 — Phase 0 MVP

Recommended scope.

The MVP should be tight enough to ship, but complete enough to prove the full Miranima World loop: collect → play → belong → earn priority.

Must ship

  • Telegram mini-app shell
  • Miranima Card / profile
  • Original collectible drop
  • Faction identity
  • Buy / claim / gift / share flows
  • Official channel + supergroup
  • Grandizer priority logic

Should ship

  • First mascot Guest Bot
  • One arcade loop, racer first
  • Daily run leaderboard
  • Friend-match deep link
  • Score-card sticker sharing
  • Faction topic gates
  • Launch event claim flow

Later

  • Three full games
  • Real-money tournaments
  • Custom marketplace
  • Complex on-chain leaderboards
  • Heavy AI story generation
  • Full standalone platform funnel
  • Unconfirmed Telegram features
05 — Originals & factions

Miranima Originals establish the world, audience, and behavior loop.

The faction system should not be treated as decoration. It is the identity layer that powers collection, competition, community rooms, story votes, and future IP crossovers.

Samurai faction
Faction

Samurai

Classic anime archetype; strong for prestige, mastery, and collectible status.

Ninja faction
Faction

Ninja

Fast, social, mischievous; natural fit for stickers, bots, and viral chat moments.

Racer faction
Faction

Racer

Best first gameplay bridge; maps cleanly to daily runs, leaderboards, and future racing IP.

Mech faction
Faction

Mech

Direct bridge into Grandizer; gives Phase 1 a natural in-world landing zone.

Why these archetypes work

  • Broad anime recognition without relying on licensed IP
  • Clear visual silhouettes for stickers and collectibles
  • Natural mapping into game modes
  • Male/female lead pairs can broaden appeal
  • Strong crossover logic for future licensed seasons

Creative guardrail

Keep the direction vivid, sharp, and anime-native, but Toei-safe. The Originals must feel exciting enough to stand alone while remaining brand-safe beside Grandizer and future licensed IP.

06 — Product pillars

Collectibles. Game Hub. Community Hub.

Each pillar feeds the next. The product should be judged by whether this loop actually forms.

01

Collectibles

The ticket into the world. Collection equals profile, playable character, access pass, faction identity, and proof-of-fandom badge.

02

Game Hub

The daily reason to return. Start with one excellent arcade loop: daily racer run, friend match, leaderboard, score-card sticker.

03

Community Hub

The social layer lives in Telegram: channels, supergroups, gated faction topics, story votes, mascot bots, rituals, and event recaps.

Collect
Play
Earn faction status
Unlock rooms/rewards
Get priority for next season
07 — Miranima Card

The profile becomes the product.

Miranima Card concept

A user's collection is their public identity. The Miranima Card turns ownership into status, access, faction membership, game history, and future platform priority.

  • Hero collectible and faction
  • Badges, ranks, and tournament history
  • Gated access to rooms and drops
  • Shareable Telegram profile/sticker object
  • Platform Score for Miranima’s future standalone gaming platform
08 — Telegram-native mechanics

Use platform primitives directly.

Phase 0 should use Telegram mechanics users already understand, while keeping technical implementation adaptable as the release wave settles.

Guest Bots

Mascot bots can be summoned into user chats to hype drops, answer in-character, trigger friend matches, and route users back to the mini-app.

Country-limited polls

MENA-first story votes, KSA-specific events, and faction decisions without geofencing global sales.

Cocoon AI + sticker search

On-platform mascot AI, score-card sticker generation, and discoverability through Telegram’s sticker/emoji search surface.

TON payments and collectibles

Ownership, gifts, primary drops, secondary activity, and reward collectibles sit underneath. The experience should feel like Telegram, not crypto.

09 — Phase 1 runway

Grandizer enters a prepared world.

Phase 0 reduces Phase 1 risk by creating the audience, interface, ownership logic, community habits, and priority mechanism before the first licensed season launches.

Before Grandizer

Phase 0 holders become the first qualified buyer and community segment.

Grandizer launch

Grandizer drops as Season 1, with Mech faction alignment, holder priority, and a themed arcade expression.

After Grandizer

The framework becomes the pitch to the next IP holder: join an active MENA audience, not a blank campaign.

10 — Go-to-market

Position it as culture, not crypto.

The launch story should be MENA anime/gaming culture entering Telegram-native form. TON stays underneath as infrastructure.

Pre-launch

  • Faction reveal content
  • Telegram channel + waitlist
  • Creator explainers
  • Early Card reservation
  • Press narrative: MENA anime hub

Launch moment

  • Saudi/UAE Miranima night
  • Live Card claim
  • First leaderboard challenge
  • Faction pick activation
  • Grandizer Phase 1 teaser

Post-launch

  • Weekly faction standings
  • Daily racer runs
  • Score-card sticker sharing
  • Creator challenge clips
  • Priority list for Phase 1
11 — Commercial framework

Agree the model before agreeing the numbers.

Exact percentages can follow, but the revenue logic should be clear now.

Miranima

Host economics from primary drops, platform activity, community/event monetization, and long-term audience ownership.

PLAY

Infrastructure economics from mini-app, wallet, collectible, access, bot, and transaction/game-loop services.

IP holders

Licensed-season royalties and agreed commercial participation when Phase 1+ IPs enter the world.

Growth pool

Reserved funding for creators, community rewards, tournaments, events, and regional acquisition.

12 — Guardrails

Keep Phase 0 sharp.

No custom marketplace in MVP if native rails can handle the job.
No geofenced sales; MENA-first is positioning and community design.
No overbuilt gaming platform before one loop proves retention.
No brand choices that risk Toei or future IP-holder comfort.
No dependency on unconfirmed Telegram features.
No crypto-first messaging to consumers.
13 — Decisions to lock

Turn the strategy into production inputs.

Each item should leave the next working session with an owner, recommendation, and timing.
